Safety distance and home office prove challenging regarding to keep all employees on the same level of training. ENDRESS chooses online seminars as the digital solution of communication. Via one click employees can be motivated, informed and updated. Despite the digital barrier an active exchange can be reached from which the employees benefit afterwards in their daily business routine.


Free external trainings for customers

This digital strategy was directly extended to include also external stakeholder, such as the ENDRESS distributors or customers. To adapt to their regular work hours, these external trainings are mostly held in the evening. Access is provided by a link on the ENDRESS social media accounts on Facebook or LinkedIn. ENDRESS cares about being transparent and to involve its stakeholders in what happens in the company.


Blackout & Co.

The topics of the trainings, no matter if internal or external, are carefully chosen by ENDRESS to provide information about a wide range of important knowledge. For example topics like „How to handle a Blackout?“ or technical instructions to various ENDRESS products. Even maintenance trainings are currently planned.


There is always an answer

At the end of each online training all participants have the possibility to ask questions. The ENDRESS experts are open to help and to discuss the content of the previous online seminar. If questions arise after the online session participants can still get in touch with the ENDRESS team. By this ENDRESS ensures a competent and broad consultation for their seminar participants.
